When you handle personal data while using the Aula admin dashboard,
- ideally do not download it to your computer or put it in an email;
- if you must have it on your computer or in an email temporarily, it must be deleted immediately after it has been imported into the admin dashboard.
- Finally, if you must send personal data over email, please ensure that the file (csv typically) is password-protected and the password is shared separately - again, delete immediately after use.
Typically, the types of personal data you'd handle would be:
- First name.
- Last name.
- University email address.
