Lots of educators have been telling us that having to remember when to post in the Community or release a new page in the materials section can become overwhelming, particularly when you’re teaching multiple classes at the same time.

And we’ve heard you loud and clear.

Now, you can schedule feed posts and materials releases so that you can release your content in chunks using Aula, engage more seamlessly with your students and spend time on what matters the most: setting your students up for success.

Scheduling posts in the Community

πŸ‘‰ Write a post in the feed (but don't click Post)

πŸ‘‰ Click on the scheduling icon

πŸ‘‰ Choose the date and time you want the page to be released

πŸ‘‰ If you want to change the date and time you want it released, click on the 'change' dropdown:

πŸ‘‰ If you want to change the content of the post, or delete it, click on the three vertical dots:

Then sit back and relax - the page will be visible to students based on when you’ve set it to release.

Scheduling the release of material sections

πŸ‘‰ Create a page or section in your materials and don't publish it (make sure it's hidden)

πŸ‘‰ Click on the scheduling icon:

πŸ‘‰ Choose your date and time and your post will automatically be published at that time

πŸ‘‰ If you change your mind, you can click on β€˜Change’ and adjust the scheduling time.

We’re excited about how much time this will save you, and as always, if you have any questions or feedback, drop us a message and happy scheduling πŸš€
